On November 19th, 2015, Dr. Rabi Mohtar along with the members of the WEF Nexus Research Group attended the Navigating Agriculture through the Water-Energy-Food Nexus conference in Austin, TX. Amr Elnashi Visits Texas A&M
Dr. Rabi Mohtar along side the dean of engineering, Amr Elnashi, and associate dean for research and innovation, Theresa Mayer, both from Penn State University, visited Washington, D.C., to engage and discuss with government agencies over the issue of the water-energy-food nexus. While in Washington, the group also interacted the National Science Foundation, the National Institute of Food and Agriculture, and the Office of Science and Technology Policy.
